Prospect Creek hold our Annual Athletics and Cross Country Carnivals for the whole school on school grounds.
Cross Country
Three students per eligible year level per gender compete against the Callide Valley Small Schools: Goovigen, Jambin, Mt Murchison and Wowan at the CVSS Cross Country Carnival. The location of this changes each year depending on which CVSS is the host.
Students that are selected for represention are eligible to compete at the Port Curtis Cross Country Trials followed by the Capricornia Trials and Queensland State Trials.
Athletics

Swimming
All students participate in compulsory swimming lessons during Term One as part of the Physical Education lessons with Mrs Stewart. The swimming program is heavily subsidised by the school.
Gala Days
Students participate in a range of sporting one day Gala Days held at local sporting venues. These include the Master Blast Cricket Gala Day, Callide Valley Touch Gala Day, Biloela Netball Carnival, Red Ball / Orange / Green Tennis Carnivals and Interschool Swimming Carnival.
